Payment Options
PayPal
We are a Verified U.S. Business under PayPal's strict guidelines. PayPal members can shop our store with ease and security. Non-members can always safely shop with their credit card (see below).

Credit Cards
We accept most major credit cards and use PayPal as our credit card processor. You are not required to join PayPal in order for them to process your credit card. PayPal's shopping cart is secure, fast, and easy to use.

Payments will come to us through "mottomo," our host. This will not delay or alter your order in any way.

To make a payment by mail using a check or money order payable in US funds, please contact us for postal directions.

Insurance
If you would like to add USPS insurance to your order, please select the amount required and add it to your cart. The U.S. Post Office will insure mail for up to $500. Insurance is not available for international orders.

International Shipping
International orders are sent via USPS Air Mail. If you live outside the USA, please add International Shipping to your cart.

International Shipping: $15.00

Returns and Exchanges
Items in original condition can be returned for either refund or exchange, shipping not included. If you have any questions about your order once you have received it, or if you need to make a return or exchange, please contact us so we can help you.

When to Expect Your Order
We ship all items via USPS Priority Mail (domestic) and Air Mail (international). All USPS Priority packages are shipped with Delivery Confirmation so that your items can be tracked.

In-stock items typically ship within 5 business days. Made-to-order items usually ship within 7-10 business days, depending on the availability of materials. Special requests may take longer, depending on the nature of the order.

If your payment is via "eCheck" or personal check, we cannot ship your merchandise until the payment clears.

Gift Certificates
Bunny On The Moon gift certificates are redeemable for jewelry sold at our store. They are not redeemable for cash. Unused certificate balance will be kept on file as store credit for a period of one year from the date indicated on the certificate. To order using your gift certificate, please contact us with your certificate information, current shipping address, and desired item(s).
